It is the most easy way to find the right property on the Costa Del Sol. You will have the opportunity to see a range of apartments, town houses, villas, apartments - new or resale - to match your wishes. If you are looking to buy off-plan or new construction you will also have the opportunity to meet the construction company and see properties in the process of being build and finished properties.

In most cases you will need 2-3 days of viewing to find the property which you seek. It depends on requirements and areas.

Interview 
Prior to the visit we will make an interview to identify requirements and wishes such as

• Type of property (apartment, villa etc.)
• Area or areas
• Building style
• Usage pattern (summer, winter, rental etc.)
• Distances to sea, town, airport etc.
• Price range
• Facilities (pool, aircon, cental heating etc.) 
  
  Be prepared - be able to put down a deposit 
  On an inspection trip there is no pressure to purchase any property. The best form of deposit in this situation is a banker's draught to the value of € 3,000 - 6,000, made payable to you. 
  
  This way if you wish to put a deposit down on a property the bankers draught can be cashed in Spain, and if you, for any reason, are unable to find and decide for the right property, you can always return the money to your bank account upon returning. You should also refrain from paying any deposits without proper legal advice. We can recommend a lawyer or a choice of several, however you are also welcome to seek out your own lawyer.
